The benefits of trusting your child's health to a practice of our size are many:         

Unlike smaller practices that belong to "coverage groups" (when your doctor's office is closed or he/she is on vacation - another doctor from a completely different practice, who is not familiar with your child and their unique medical history, will be available to you in an emergency.  This means you will have to see a doctor you don't know and will never see again when your child is sick, or even for well visits if your doctor is on vacation), in our practice, one of YOUR doctors is always available and our office is open 365 days a year including all major holidays, sundays etc.

Instead of depending on the expertise and experience of one or two doctors who may or may not have training in certain areas of pediatrics, we have a mix of young and experienced doctors, many trained in different specialties.  Our pediatricians specialize in:

     Hematology

     Behavioral Pediatrics

     Adolescent Medicine (including anorexia and bulemia)

     Sports Medicine (including weight training, nutrition, weight loss, injury treatment and prevention, concussion)

One of our doctors is available via email 24/7 through this website for questions, appointment and any concerns.

Our Holbrook office is open 365 days a year and till the evening (10-11PM) during the week.

Our Shirley office is open Mon/Tue/Thu until 730 and saturdays mornings until noon in addition to normal hours

Our Port Jefferson office is open until 7PM two days a week in addition to normal hours
